Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the rotini pasta and cook until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
