I’m Claire Wilson, the founder of BakeBuildCreate.com.

My love for cooking started early — growing up, the kitchen was always the heart of our home. Simple meals, shared conversations, and the comfort of homemade food shaped my passion for everyday cooking and experimenting with flavors.

Over the years, I began exploring all kinds of recipes — from quick weekday meals to creative treats and comforting bakes. I loved taking classic ideas and giving them a practical, modern touch that anyone could recreate at home. That passion eventually led to the creation of Bake Build Create — a space designed to help home cooks feel confident, inspired, and excited in the kitchen.

For more than a decade, I’ve been testing recipes, refining techniques, and learning how small details can make a big difference. My goal is to make cooking approachable, enjoyable, and rewarding — without complicated steps or hard-to-find ingredients.

When I’m not developing new recipes, you’ll find me browsing local markets, trying seasonal ingredients, or cooking for friends and family. Every recipe I share is built on one belief: great food doesn’t need to be complicated — it just needs care, balance, and a love for sharing.
