- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
- Add broccoli during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
- Serve over rice or noodles if desired.
