Description

Delicious pink cookies studded with white chocolate chips, perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons pink food coloring (gel preferred, adjust to color preference)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together using a hand or stand mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated. Add the pink food coloring and mix until evenly colored.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Cover the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes to help the cookies hold their shape.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  8. Scoop dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets.
  9. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set and centers are soft.
  10. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • You can adjust the pink food coloring to your preference for a deeper or lighter shade.
  • Ensure the butter is softened to room temperature for better creaming.
