Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces; season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until onions are translucent, around 3-4 minutes.
- Add sliced cabbage, soy sauce, and smoked paprika; stir well until cabbage begins to wilt (about 5 minutes).
- Cover skillet and let simmer for an additional 5 minutes for flavors to meld.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles if desired.
