- 1 medium green cabbage (about 2 lbs)
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the cabbage into thick wedges, about 1 inch wide.
- In a large bowl, whisk olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika together.
- Toss the cabbage wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the cabbage cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- Flip each wedge halfway through roasting for even caramelization.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
