Description

Delicious homemade pepperoni pizza bites that are easy to make and perfect for snack time.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 oz thick-cut pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Use a round cutter or glass to cut out circles approximately 3 inches in diameter.
  4. Place one slice of pepperoni and a generous handful of mozzarella cheese on each circle; sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  5. Fold each circle in half and seal the edges tightly by pinching them together.
  6. Arrange the filled bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
