- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 oz thick-cut pepperoni slices
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Use a round cutter or glass to cut out circles approximately 3 inches in diameter.
- Place one slice of pepperoni and a generous handful of mozzarella cheese on each circle; sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Fold each circle in half and seal the edges tightly by pinching them together.
- Arrange the filled bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
