  6. Arrange cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Cool completely on wire racks.
  8. Spread strawberry jam on each solid cookie base, top with cutout cookies, and dust with powdered sugar.
