Delicious and crunchy candy clusters made with Fritos and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 14 ounces fritos corn chips
- 1 cup chocolate chips or melting chocolate
- Sprinkles, optional
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Make the Candy Base: Add sugar, corn syrup, and peanut butter to a pot and cook over medium heat, stirring until smooth and bubbling.
- Add the Fritos: Remove from heat and gently fold in fritos until evenly coated.
- Form Clusters: Scoop mixture onto prepared baking sheet in 1½–2 tablespoon portions.
- Let Set: Allow candy clusters to cool and set for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Drizzle Chocolate: Melt chocolate and drizzle over set clusters. Add sprinkles if desired.
Notes
- For best results, allow the clusters to set completely before serving.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
