Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 14 ounces fritos corn chips
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or melting chocolate
  • Sprinkles, optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Make the Candy Base: Add sugar, corn syrup, and peanut butter to a pot and cook over medium heat, stirring until smooth and bubbling.
  3. Add the Fritos: Remove from heat and gently fold in fritos until evenly coated.
  4. Form Clusters: Scoop mixture onto prepared baking sheet in 1½–2 tablespoon portions.
  5. Let Set: Allow candy clusters to cool and set for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  6. Drizzle Chocolate: Melt chocolate and drizzle over set clusters. Add sprinkles if desired.
