- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel sweet potatoes if desired; slice into thin strips (1/4 inch thick).
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potato strips with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread fries in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm with your favorite dips.
