Description
A sweet and crunchy treat made with Rice Chex cereal, white chocolate, and strawberry flavor.

- 2 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons strawberry cake mix
- 2 tablespoons cheesecake instant pudding mix
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons Valentine’s sprinkles or heart candies
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows or pink candy melts (optional)
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add the Rice Chex cereal.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring each time until fully smooth.
- Pour melted white chocolate over the cereal and gently stir to coat evenly.
- In a gallon-sized zip-top bag, combine strawberry cake mix, cheesecake pudding mix, and powdered sugar.
- Add the coated cereal into the bag, seal, and shake vigorously until all pieces are fully coated.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to cool and set.
- Once cool, mix in sprinkles, mini marshmallows, or pink candy melts.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days.
