A sweet and crunchy treat perfect for Easter celebrations, combining cereals, M&M’s, and white chocolate.
Ingredients

- 2 cups honey nut Cheerios cereal
- 2 cups rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 2 cups pretzel pieces – I like rods & snaps
- 3 cups Easter M&M’s (divided)
- 12 oz. white chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vegetable or coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a very large bowl, stir together Cheerios, rice Chex, peanuts, pretzels, and 2 cups Easter M&M’s.
- Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-second increments, cooking and stirring until smooth.
- Pour white chocolate over the dry mix. Stir and fold until well coated.
- Pour bunny bait onto the baking sheet, spreading into an even layer.
- Quickly sprinkle and press 1 cup Easter M&M’s onto the melted white chocolate.
- Place sheet in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes, until firm.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
