Description
A delicious and refreshing smoothie made with passion fruit juice, strawberries, and other frozen fruits.
Ingredients

- 1 cup passion fruit juice (see note 1)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/3 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup orange sherbet (see note 2)
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- To measure the fruit, pack it tightly into a measuring cup.
- In a high-powered blender, process all the ingredients in the order they are listed on the recipe card.
- Blend until completely smooth and no chunks remain.
- You may need to stir ingredients a few times between blends.
- Divide evenly between 2 cups for full servings, or 4 cups for a treat-size serving, and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Note 1: Use fresh or bottled passion fruit juice.
- Note 2: You can substitute any other type of sherbet if desired.
