Description

A hearty crockpot casserole with ground beef, vegetables, and cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a crockpot, combine ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, mixed vegetables, cooked pasta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt for a few minutes.
