A hearty crockpot casserole with ground beef, vegetables, and cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- In a crockpot, combine ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, mixed vegetables, cooked pasta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt for a few minutes.
