- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
- Add chopped onions, minced garlic, carrots, and potatoes.
- Pour beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce over the ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Shred the beef before serving and mix with the vegetables and broth.
