- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic over the meat.
- Add sliced carrots and diced potatoes around the roast.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the ingredients.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and thyme.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the meat before serving and mix with vegetables.
