Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic over the meat.
  3. Add sliced carrots and diced potatoes around the roast.
  4. Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the ingredients.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and thyme.
