Description

Delicious beef sirloin or chuck roast cooked to tender perfection in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin or chuck roast, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 0 teaspoon salt
  • 0 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Sear the beef cubes in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side to deepen the flavor.
  2. Add the steak bites to the crockpot.
  3. Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and add the minced garlic and butter.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until steak is tender.
  6. Before serving, garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
  7. Serve warm over mashed potatoes, noodles, or bread.
