Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin or chuck roast, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 0 teaspoon salt
- 0 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Sear the beef cubes in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side to deepen the flavor.
- Add the steak bites to the crockpot.
- Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and add the minced garlic and butter.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until steak is tender.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve warm over mashed potatoes, noodles, or bread.
