Description
Delicious and tender barbecue chicken made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Add barbecue sauce, onion, bell peppers, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to coat the chicken evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
