A delicious and easy chicken taco soup made in the crockpot!
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and chicken broth.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.

- This soup can be topped with cheese, sour cream, or avocado for extra flavor.
