Delicious chocolate chip cookies with rainbow sprinkles.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, sift together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips last for gooey pockets of goodness.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough onto prepared sheets with space in between.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft. Allow to cool before enjoying.
Notes
- For best results, use room temperature ingredients.
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
