- 4 large eggs, room temperature

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and lightly dust with flour.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (3-5 minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in chopped strawberries gently with a spatula.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling before slicing.
