Delicious holiday chocolate chip cookies with festive M&Ms and sprinkles.
Ingredients

- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup Holiday M&Ms (divided)
- 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, with a fork, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar and mix well.
- Add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips, 1/4 cup of the holiday M&Ms, and about 1 tablespoon of the holiday sprinkles.
- Line a 9 x 13” glass baking dish with parchment paper and pour the dough into the prepared dish.
- Before baking, top the cookie with the rest of the leftover sprinkles and M&Ms.
- Bake for 22-23 minutes or until the edges start to brown and the center looks set (do not overbake).
- Let the cookie cool completely in the baking dish or for at least 20 minutes.
- Remove the parchment paper from the baking dish and cut it into squares using a knife or a pizza cutter.
